We offer both shared rooms and self-contained houses. Mothers and families with children may be suited to a self-contained property rather than a shared room.

If you have outstanding rent arrears or housing debt, you may not qualify automatically. We assess each case individually and will be in touch to discuss.
Our housing is designed for working-age benefit claimants. Pension Credit recipients have different housing support routes more suitable to their needs.
Some visa types include a condition called No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). If this applies to you, you will not be eligible for our scheme.
